After collecting props steadily for years, Gerard+Belevender saw an opening for an unmet need. With a stunning lack of local resources for personal work and slim pickings for professional spaces, their passion for scene building hit a road block. When the opportunity presented itself in early 2020, the best option seemed to be becoming the resource.
With an understanding of the type of challenges that face creatives when on tight deadline, restricted budgets or an artistic rut, this commercial studio is a welcoming space where stretching out and testing new ideas is encouraged.

FAQ

How to Rent Props | Our online catalog is the best way to view our props! Create a free account and you can save and send your choices directly to us. Creating an account also allows you to see props by color, type, etc. When you’re ready, go to our Book Now button and schedule a time to come in and rent your props to take on location or book a studio time + props.

Parking | Free parking is available at the back of the CVS lot along the wall or in the lot one street over. Please see map below!

Rental Period | Studio time is a minimum of 2 hours. All prop rental orders are 4 days, with a 10% fee for additional days.

Broken/lost items | It happens, it’s ok! Please notify us asap and we’ll assess and let you know what the replacement or repair cost is.

Condition | We keep things in the best condition possible but since most of our items are vintage, if you are concerned about the condition we recommend checking it out in person.

Packing | We’ll pack your order carefully for travel, please return with the same packing materials.

Payment | Prop rental payment must be made before props leave the studio. Studio rentals must be paid for at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards!

Non-Profit + Community Organizations | We’re proud to be active members in our community and more than happy to offer ourselves as a resource for organizations, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help!
